Welcome to Puro Ceramic, an online store where you can purchase high-quality ceramic products. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the use of the Puro Ceramic website (the "Site") and the sale of products by Puro Ceramic to you (the "Customer"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order with us. By using the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or place an order with us.

Purchasing from Puro Ceramic

To purchase products from Puro Ceramic, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid payment method. All prices on the Site are in GBP £ and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order made by you for any reason, including but not limited to: the product is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment, there has been a pricing or product description error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email and will refund any applicable amounts paid by you.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal and/or debit/credit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer “Standard” and/or “Express” for the delivery of our products. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping option selected. We will make every effort to deliver the products as soon as possible, but we will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

We are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you would like to arrange delivery to a location outside these areas, please contact us at hello@puroceramics.co.uk to discuss the options available.

We will provide you with a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

We will only accept returns if we have shipped the incorrect items. If this does happen, please contact us at hello@puroceramics.co.uk with your order number and pictures of the received goods. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with any replacements or refunds.
